The business was in crisis and coming under severe pressure from its bankers and needed to arrange to rebank replacing invoice discounting lines, plant and machinery finance and loans against properties with severe environmental and contamination issues.

Having identified a lender willing to deal with the environmental issues associated with the sites we were able to put a package of lending in place which could be used to replace the bank's loans.
